Khestra

Reintroducing Khestra. Khestra is a benign chaotic neutral Demon Lord. Those that earn her attention may receive boons or perils it depends on her definition of “Helpful,” and to what end. She may seek to aid an individual (whether known to the person in question, or not,) or to alleviating her own boredom. One boon in particular she can grant to a favored patron is her mark which manifest as a crescent scar with five point along the arch and one streaking down the center. This mark grants immortality to whom ever wears it. The person is not invulnerable, but in time will regenerate from any injury to include loss of limbs. If the body should be destroyed entirely, then another will be materialized in its place. The Mark granted literally makes its bearer a prisoner to the mortal coil. They will not be granted death until their mistress tires of them.
